About Tina Carty

My Name is Tina Carty. I live in the west of Ireland, and I am a fully accredited coach, ACC (Associate Certified Coach) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Tina Carty Coaching was started from my own journey of self-discovery and growth. I understand the challenges and obstacles that can hold us back from reaching our goals, and I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome these barriers.

With a focus on empowerment and self-awareness, I work closely with individuals who are ready to take control of their lives and create positive change.

My approach is personalised, supportive, and results-driven, because I believe that everyone has the power within themselves to unlock their true potential and thrive. They just need to be asked the right questions, in the right space and by the right person.

I believe that person is me!

My philosophy is that people have the answers within themselves, they just need to create the right environment; to explore and develop personal growth through reflection and probing questions. Creating curiosity around current behaviours.

By creating a safe, trusting space where an individual can explore their inherent strengths, values and internal belief structures I believe that the client/you can find their/your answers. I can support the client/you to set achievable goals and build their/your confidence.
